The Welcome to Wellness Pop-Up programming is about providing constituents with resources and tools on how to deal with stress and emotional management. These educational and interactive programs are provided by various organizations and businesses who offer art therapy, emotional wellness classes, and more. Our focus is to highlight how wellness can improve quality of life through daily practice.
